Kinstead Home Care LLC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, pregnancy or a condition related to pregnancy, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, genetic information, military or veteran status, or criminal record within the limits the law allows. These are the classes protected under M.G.L. c. 151B and related Massachusetts and federal law.

This applies both to whom we employ and to whom we serve.

This applies to who we accept as a client, how care is delivered, who we hire, how people are paid and scheduled, and how complaints are handled.

We turn down work when the help a household needs is outside what we are trained and insured to do safely, when the house is outside the towns we cover, or when we do not have a caregiver available for the hours required. We say so on the first call and point you towards someone who can help.

Families often ask for a caregiver of a particular gender for personal care, and we accommodate that where we can. We do not honor requests to exclude a caregiver on the basis of race, religion, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.

Tell us if you need an interpreter, large print, or information in another format, and we will arrange it at no cost to you.
