This website is operated by Kinstead Home Care LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company based in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Kinstead provides non-medical home care: personal care, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, reminders that follow a schedule set by a prescriber, and respite for family caregivers.

We do not provide clinical services of any kind. Nothing on this site is advice about someone's health, and it should not be used in place of speaking to a doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not copy the site's text, photographs or design for use elsewhere without our permission. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or gather information from it automatically.

We try hard to keep everything here correct, including the phone numbers and program details on our resources pages. Programs change their rules and their numbers without telling us. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

We link to government agencies and non-profits because they are useful, not because they pay us. We receive nothing for listing them and we do not control what they do.

Care itself is governed by the written service agreement signed before care begins. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the service agreement applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
