What we do
Five kinds of non-medical home care across sixteen Massachusetts towns. Most households start with one and move between them as things change — after a discharge the hours are usually high and come down, and ongoing care tends to grow slowly. Whichever you begin with, the plan is written down and you can change it with a week's notice.

Recovery Care
Steady support through the first weeks at home after a hospital or rehab stay, when the house suddenly feels harder to manage. We usually start within 24 hours of a discharge.

In-Home Care
Help with the everyday things that got harder — bathing, dressing, meals, housekeeping, errands and getting safely around the house. Hours that fit the week you actually have.
In-Home Care →
Memory Care at Home
Familiar routines and a familiar face for someone living with Alzheimer's or another dementia. The same caregiver wherever possible, because change is the hardest part.
Memory Care at Home →
Respite Care
Relief for the family member doing most of the caring. A few hours a week or a longer stretch, so you can sleep, work, travel or simply stop for a while.
Respite Care →
Companion Care
Conversation, company and the light practical help that keeps a week running — a walk, a ride, a hand with the shopping. Often the first kind of help a household accepts.

What we don't do
We are a non-medical agency, and there is a line we will not cross because crossing it is how people get hurt. It is the same line on every one of the pages above.
If your parent needs more than one trained caregiver can safely manage, we'll say so and help you find the right level of care.
- No two-person or mechanical-lift transfers
- No feeding anyone with a swallowing risk, and never by tube
- No nursing, therapy, wound care, injections or medication administration
